General conditions of sale



Subscribe to the website e-commerce Eurochibi:

To be able to use our services, it is essential to sign up on the site. User’s personal data provided will be recorded and used by the company Euro Group Network Srl, headquartered in via Pittore 117, 80046 San Giorgio a Cremano (NA), Italy, VAT IT08171761219, C.C.I.A.A. REA NA-937779 (Eurochibi trademark holder), in accordance and in compliance with the rules of which the "European Regulation No. 679/2016 and subsequent amendments and/or additions - Privacy Code" (in Italian language), to give effect to each purchase made through Eurochibi and for any further activities as indicated in the privacy statement provided to the customer through the site at the time of registration.

Product availability and mode of purchase:

All items listed on Eurochibi are really available. In no case Eurochibi will collect pre-orders, products will be exposed till they are physically available in our stores, unless specifically indicated. However, on very rare occasions, such as an error of inventory or multiple orders for a single item received at the same time, some lack of availability of a product purchased could occur. In these cases, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to propose one of these solutions:

• Wait for the new availability of the missing item to process your order;
• Replacement of the missing item with another similar product of equal or greater value, at no extra charge;
• Annulment and immediate refund (in case of payment already made) of the missing item from the order in progress;
• Total annulment of one or more articles ordered and immediate refund (if you have already paid).

Delivery times will be provided for each individual product. These can range from 24 to 72 hours depending on the location of the items; because the same are divided, for safety reasons, in separate warehouses. Furthermore, in the event of incomplete, incorrect or clearly false data, Eurochibi reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order.

Our logistics is organized to carry out shipments all over the World; the areas subject to customs duties, such as Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Gibraltar, the Islands of the French Overseas Department and similar have a higher cost; while for some remote areas, such as Isle of Man, Melilla, Ceuta, Canary Islands, Azorre, Madera and similar, shipping costs may vary with notice. An indicative and non-exhaustive list of remote areas can be viewed here.
Direct shipments to non-EU territories could have Customs costs to be paid upon arrival of the goods; the aforementioned costs are entirely borne by the purchaser, who assumes full responsibility for their generation.
Final customers are advised not to purchase alcoholic beverages with shipments to non-EU countries and, in any case, to check in advance with the local authorities if it's possible to import the products purchased. In case of impossibility of shipment, due to refusal of the local Customs, the order will be immediately canceled and refunded, withholding the commissions for some payment methods. If, on the other hand, problems arise in completing the delivery, due to blocks of the goods requested by the Customs of the recipient country, there's no refund for goods not received.

Important Information for UK Residents: as per post-Brexit regulations, product prices are shown excluding VAT. But, for all orders with a total value of the goods below £ 135 (the exchange rate in EURO will be updated constantly), excluding transport costs, the UK VAT of 20% is indicated in the cart and Eurochibi will take care of paying it to HMRC. The customer will not have to pay any tax at the delivery.
On the other hand, for orders with a total value of the goods over £ 135, VAT and any duties will be required of the customer by British Customs upon delivery.
For shipments to Northern Ireland there're no Customs clearance costs and duties, VAT is applied directly into the cart and the shipment will be handled as for any other country in the European Union.

Although Eurochibi also has a store open to the public, it is always best to book the goods via web order and agree subsequently withdrawn at the headquarters.


Mode of payment and delivery:


During the completion of the order is possible to determine the type of payment preferred according to the place of delivery.

Home Delivery:

The goods delivered by courier can be paid in the following manner:

• Bank Transfer in advance;
• Credit Card;
• PayPal;
• Satispay;
• in installments with Scalapay.

Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the goods purchased and the choice of the type of payment. You can estimate the shipping costs via our SHIPPING INFO page, but in order to know the exact amount you need to enter the desired products in the cart and proceed with the order, the costs are clearly visible before the final order confirmation.

For purchases over € 69 there is a € 8 discount, visible in the cart, on transport costs to European Union countries! (Promo valid only for the European Union and orders from the reseller area are excluded.)

The couriers do not deliver by appointment, or call in advance, so you should indicate a delivery place where there is always someone present during the whole of the working hours, or you can pick up in stationary storage at the local headquarters of our couriers.
The delivery times indicated are not intended IMPERATIVE and in no case, after the beginning of the shipment process, any delay caused by events unrelated to our management, may be grounds for withdrawal during transport, or a request for reimbursement the cost of shipping by courier or our company.

The customer will take care of the shipment progress of an order of his, by using the tracking number that we will provide after sending the packages to the carrier. Any costs of storage will be charged to you. In some cases, the costs of storage may be charged to us, but we reserve the right to ask for compensation in the next moment.

Notes: For the resolution of any dispute the jurisdiction is that of Naples (Italy).


Bank Transfer in advance:

In this case the order will be prepared only after received the receipt of the bank. The goods are allocated for 2 calendar days, after which the will be cancelled without a notice and the goods will be again available to the store, if you do not send a receipt via fax or e-mail or if it is not given any nod of confirmation. The shipment will occur after the credit of our bank account.

The bank details for the transfer will be indicated in the e-mail order confirmation.

Send a copy of the receipt for payment by fax to +39.081.574.93.18 or by e-mail in response to the confirmation of the order (to use only one of the two methods).


Credit Card:

To ensure maximum safety in payments, the on-line transactions of purchases of Eurochibi paid by Credit Card, are made through a secure server adopting the security system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This system takes care of encrypting the information you type, in order to make impossible their interception by outside users. Upon payment of the order by Credit Card, Eurochibi automatically redirects the user to a secure page (SSL) of the Internet website of Banca Sella, which will handle the transaction. On this page you can enter the data of the Credit Card in an absolutely safe way. The data is in fact directly transmitted to the Bank, providing maximum guarantee. Nobody, not even Eurochibi, may be aware of the codes of the credit cards used by its customers. The credit card numbers (encrypted by SSL) are used only for the payment transaction; if the payment is successful, confirmation is immediate and Eurochibi receives the order only if the transaction is authorized. Credit Card numbers will not be traced in any of our archives and the cost of the expenditure will be taken only to order processed. In the event of a request for cancellation of the order, before it is taken over by the courier charge to shipping, the transaction can be cancelled.


PayPal:

Orders paid with PayPal can be shipped only to the address indicated in the e-mail confirmation of the PayPal transaction. If different address will be attempted, than we will try to contact you by telephone or e-mail and in case of absence of agreements or response, the order will be cancelled and the transaction will be refunded.


Satispay:

The transaction is managed by the Satispay payment circuit.



Scalapay:


For orders worth up to € 300,00 it's possible to pay in 3 convenient installments, without interest, with your Credit Card. The first installment is debited at the time of purchase, the second installment after 1 month, the third and last installment after 2 months. The shipment of the goods is immediate, if the transaction made in the Scalapay portal is successful. Eurochibi isn't made aware of the reasons for a possible refusal of the pratice, nor can it intercede for its success. All conditions of use are indicated on the Scalapay website. Currently the service is active in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Finland.


How to check the goods when delivered:

If you select the delivery, upon delivery of the material by the courier check that:

• The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the courier receipt to sign.
• The identity and the quality of products, possibly indicated on the packaging, are the same as indicated in the order.
• The packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered.

The mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, as well as loss or damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier accepting the goods with "reserve control" of the same. The courier operator will also affix his signature on a receipt, also that of the client. For transporting fragile items it is advisable to accept the goods with “reserve control” even if the neck is intact externally, but moving it would make strange noises or for any doubt related to transportation; indicating the bulletin marked "acceptance with reserve to verification of content integrity". In all cases, usually, the delivery notes are two: one will be taken by the courier operator and one will be taken by the customer; signatures and any notes shall bear on both bulletins. If the courier should have an electronic signature device for delivery, follow the directions of the deliveryman to affix any reservations. In case of any problems, Eurochibi must be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of delivery, in response to the confirmation of the order, attaching a scan of the delivery note and photos of the damage found.

Notes: If in the courier receipt is not shown the acceptance of the goods “reserve control”, together with the signatures of the recipient and the messenger instructed by the carrier for shipment, shall in no case can start any practice of repayment at the courier for the loss incurred.


Withdrawal at our warehouse:

If the goods are picked up at our warehouse, of course, there are no shipping costs and, in addition, you can pay by cash, debit or credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Although it's possible to select an advance payment method (PayPal, Scalapay, etc.), at the time of purchase with withdrawal from the warehouse, Eurochibi reserves the right to reimburse this payment method, canceling the order, and to withhold any transaction fees. Or, alternatively, a photocopy of the identification document of the order holder may be requested, who must personally collect the purchase, without the intercession of delegates. Therefore, it's advisable to complete the payment purely at our office, paying in cash, debit card or credit card directly in our warehouse.
The goods are allocated for 2 days, after which the order is cancelled without a notice and the goods will be again available to the store, if not withdrawn or not given any sign of confirmation order.
At withdrawal you can control, along with the responsible, the accuracy and integrity of the products before payment.


Pending orders for items below safety stock:

Items below safety stock are running low and there are not predictions of coming for them. In the case of pending orders due to waiting for payment in advance, in this case bank transfer, withdrawal or during any other event that can not be immediately fulfil the order, Eurochibi will be authorized to cancel the order totally, after notice by telephone or e-mail.


Proper procedure to cancel an order:

You can cancel an order placed, via e-mail or by telephone, only if the same is even present in our warehouses. If the order were to be already been shipped, it must be categorically withdrew, accepting consignment and, subsequently, to exercise the right of withdrawal. In case of failure to collect the order sent by courier, the costs of storage and eventual return to the sender, will be charged to the customer. You can check the status of orders in the "My Orders" section, after authentication to the site by entering login data.


Product warranty:

All products sold by Eurochibi are covered by manufacturer's standard warranty of 24 months (in this case the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer, usually the big brands have service centers located throughout the territory, or have a national service center where you can send a not working item).
In the absence of support by the manufacturer, Eurochibi offers the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months (some manufacturers rely directly to distribution services to cure the warranty, in these cases Eurochibi will take care of sending the item to the supplier for repairing or replacing the item).

To validate the warranty handled directly by the producer, you must follow the instructions contained in the manual or on the manufacturer's website and provide them with the sales document (invoice we issue to registered users with a VAT receipt or private users).
To validate the warranty on the products handled personally by Eurochibi, the customer will take care of printing or storing the e-mail confirmation of the order in which you have all the necessary parameters to complete the form for the return of broken items. In case of loss of the copy of the order, which is equivalent to the proof of purchase, we will not accept returns under warranty.

Notes: The manufacturer's standard warranty does not replace the legal guarantee of conformity, where the customer wants to use it. Only end users who make private use of the products purchased can enjoy a 24 month warranty. In the case of purchase by the user with VAT, the guarantee is reduced to 12 months, because a professional use of the products purchased, implies greater wear. The legal guarantee of conformity is applicable only within the countries of the European Union.

Right of withdrawal:

In compliance with the rights of remote consumers, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, communicating the will to want to return the product, without any reason, within 14 working days from receiving the same. The withdrawal may be exercised by submitting a request by Postal Mail to this address:

It’s also possible to anticipate the request for withdrawal by e-mail or fax, although it is still necessary to send a postal mail in accordance with law.
After received the communication, we will send the customer authorization to return by e-mail and further instructions for shipping.

To get the full refund of the value of the returned product, the same shall be delivered intact and sealed (without signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformation, with closing cellophane still sealed, etc.), completed with all its elements and accessories, accompanied by the instructions/notes/manuals, with the box and original packaging, the warranty, if any, and everything matches everything else like new. In the absence of one or more of these elements, the consumer will not be entitled to a refund of the total amount paid, but will be agreed a refund in keeping with the state of wear of the returned product, with a depreciation from at least 20%.
Refund will be executed within the terms of the law, by the same method of payment used by the customer.

Notes: All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The right of withdrawal may be exercised only by the final consumer; Therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded for professional customers who purchase with VAT invoice. The right of withdrawal can not be applied on products withdrawn at our office, because the purchase contract is not concluded at a distance. The right of withdrawal is applicable only within the countries of the European Union.


Billing:

The material displayed and sold on this online store is intended for personal use. Our warehouses are located in Italy and we ship all over the World; so for the sale of material goods via internet Italian VAT is applied and any other fees already included in the price, unless other laws from other European Union countries, in case of purchase from the same countries. Private clients of all the European Union receive, together with the goods, receipt; while customers registered with VAT invoice is issued with 22% VAT. The VAT is applied to sales concluded with residents in the European Union. The VAT is not applied to non-Italian European Union that have an intra-community VAT (registered in the VIES). To take advantage of the exemption, you must submit, via e-mail or fax, Chamber of commerce company Registration and/or Certificate of VAT. Not Italian customers are aware and agree that an order which VAT was not indicated or validated by our commercial services will be invoiced including VAT. All customers residing in non-EU areas do not incur VAT and a sales invoice is generated, necessary for the entire customs process. If they had provided inaccurate information in order to benefit from the VAT exemption, the responsible customer will be punishable by law.

Are not accepted billing inquiries after delivered a receipt.

You can not place an order by using a private account and require subsequent billing with VAT. To request an invoice is obligatory to carry out the order with the company account containing the names and VAT.

If the company name misses the legal nature (example: srl, sas, snc, spa, scarl, sa, ltd, etc.) the same is understood as an individual company letterhead to the name of the account reference. Moreover, as billing address is always understood that the signup form and not that of any alternative destination. In case of miscommunication and/or incomplete, the company Euro Group Network Srl is not required to investigate the matter and will consider valid the information provided by the customer.




To complete the purchase procedure is required to accept these Conditions of Sale between the customer and the company Euro Group Network Srl (owner of the brand Eurochibi).

The staff of the website Eurochibi speaks Italian. For telephone communications is preferable to speak only in Italian. Communications received and sent by e-mail in another language will be translated with appropriate software.
The company Euro Group Network Srl is not responsible for any errors of translation. For each reference, including these conditions of sale and legislative decrees in force, you have to trust only the Italian version of the website.
